Water Quality AnalysisG.M.S. taps a unique artesian well that was created on an undifferentiated glacial till with a predominantly sandy silt matrix during the last ice age some 18,000 years ago. The retreating ice flow left a glaciofluvial ice-contact deposit of sand with gravel. These distinctly different layers of soils helped to form an incredible filtration matrix for water to flow through. The aquifer which provides G.M.S. water contains an abundant reserve of the purest water ever tasted. The composition of overlaying soils are indicative of the resulting high quality water that flows from Gold Mountain Springs well. The soil overburden reveals that the water filtration process is diversified and rigorous where each soil type has its own characteristic porosivity and resulting filtration ability. The multiphasic process results in the removal of ions, pollutants and undesirable compounds at an atomic level, producing a water that is exceptionally pure and healthful for the beverage consumer. The laboratory data pertaining to the quality of water found at Gold Mountain Springs was performed by MDS Laboratories and is available upon request from G.M.S. |
